Peacefully on March 4, 2011 Kai Sum Lam passed away at the Royal Jubilee Hospital, Victoria B.C. Kai was born in China on May 19, 1934 and has been a long term resident of Victoria. He leaves his loving family, beloved wife Pit Ying; four daughters, Katherine (Peter) Wong of Victoria, Becky (Philip) Lui of Toronto, Teresa (Kevin) Shum of Hong Kong, Carman Lam of Victoria; son Desmond of Hong Kong, and five grandchildren. Special thanks go out to the doctors and nurses of the Renal Unit at RJH, and Royal One.
Private family service will be held at McCALL BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL.
