Passed away March 1, 2011. Tom was born in Snowflake, Manitoba on April 2nd, 1935. Predeceased by his son, Thomas, as well as his brothers and sisters. Survived by his loving wife, Jo-Ann; daughter, Ashley; son, Michael; sister, Olive, and a host of nieces and nephews. We would like to thank the nurses at the Royal Jubilee Hospital and a loving “Thank You” to Dr. Mauro Bertoia. Tom was a soldier, willing to lay down his life for his friends. He could say at the last, like Paul,
“I have fought the good fight,
I have finished the race,
I have kept the faith.”
A service to honour him will be held at MCCALL BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL at Johnson and Vancouver Streets on Thursday, March l7th at 2:00 P.M. Pastor Stephen Bickley officiating. A reception will follow in the McCall’s Family Centre. Condolences may be offered at www.mccallbros.com.

Zeke was one of my best buddies. He was always willing to help in any situation. Always laughing and joking and very serious when it was required. We worked, hunted and fished together in Rivers Manitoba. We even tipped a few glasses.I will miss you Zeke. The reunion we were planning this spring will have to wait, until I get to the other side, although I may need a little help getting there.
The Lord will look after You Zeke and I will see you again when we have the homecomming.
