WILLIAMS, Margaret – April 23, 1920 – February 16, 2005

Margaret passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 after a long battle with Alzheimer?s. Born in Wales, she will be remembered for her loving and caring ways with everyone she met. Her nursing career took her through World War II where she met Ted (deceased January 18, 2005). They moved Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan 1945 and then to Ottawa in 1954. She worked at the Royal Ottawa Sanatorium and the Cancer Clinic at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. Margaret and Ted spent a wonderful retirement enjoying golf at courses in Ottawa and Lakeland, Florida.

Predeceased by a son, Hugh and just recently by Ted, her husband of 63 years, Margaret is survived by sons, Stephen in England and David (Simone) in Ottawa. She will be sorely missed by her granddaughters, Michelle Leafloor (Randy), Katherine Albee (Steve) and Sharon Williams; as well as grandsons, Jordan, Bradley, Cameron, Patrick and Owen.

No funeral by request, but contributions can be made to the Alzheimer?s Society of Canada.
