Marjorie passed away peacefully at Saanich Peninsula Hospital. Born Marjorie Yeats in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, U.K., and married Ronald Hall in 1950. Her working life was spent with Lloyds Bank, as was Ronald’s.
As a retirement adventure, Marjorie and Ronald immigrated from Bristol to Canada in 1984 to be near their young grandchildren. Predeceased by Ronald in 1993.
Missed by daughter Veronica Cross (Bill), grandchildren Tim McPherson (Becky), Tamzin Sealey (Christian), Tuffy McPherson (Angela) and Katinki Johnson (Matt); Marjorie was also “Grammy-Gram” to great-grandchildren Tyler, Brendon, Esme, Spencer and Baby Johnson. Also remembered by her step-family Cross.
A family celebration will be held at a later date.
