The time has come for you to leave, for us to grieve brave sailor loving husband and square dance friend.

  • Joyce Marshall

So sorry to read of Norris’ passing. He was a lovely man and it was such a privilege to have shared a table with you and Norris on the cruise.

  • Rick & Linda Tyre

We were saddened to hear of Norris’s passing. We think of the two of you often and reminisce about our voyage together and our visits to your home since.

Whenever I meet a navy veteran I share the “Unlucky Lady” book and the material Norris passed on to me. I always share some of the stories Norris told me.

We will miss him but look forward to visiting you when we come out to Victoria this summer.

    Rick and Linda Tyre

    Shirley and Family,
Norris was a shining light in our square dance club. He supported Cathy and I as we started out and always offered a joke and we both liked to talk about the Canucks.
I felt very privileged when he talked a bit about his war time service.
    He will be missed.
    Brent and Cathy Besse
