Jan Malcom I know Paul because of Lacrosse. Our sons played on team BC together. Although this was 6 yrs ago I still remember Paul as clear as a bell We spent a good chunk of time together I was so impressed with Paul’s great attitude for life. I wish more people had Paul’s attitude. He was A very positive person and didn’t care what people thought he had courage. I didnt know he had passed I am very sad and will miss seeing him at the junior games.

Ed Longpre Pynn family – I did write in the book at Paul’s service, however, as it was at the bottom of a page, and my writing is not good I wanted to make sure my thoughts of Paul were known to you. I recall Paul from his Racquet Club hockey days and always thought of him as a ‘good kid’. He was a good athelte evident in the many sports he played. Our thoughts are with his family at this time.

Linda Allen & Mike Shields We are so sorry for your loss. I only really met Paul a year ago when he came to Belize with us although I knew of him through school years earlier. Mike had known him for years. It was wonderful having him join us on that trip and another one later. We are very sorry we are unable to attend his Celebration of Life as we are in Belize now and miss him immensely – we have his picture with us and many fond memories.

Barbara and Ed Fouts Dear Shirley, Darryl, Lisa and spouses, Carla, Mason, and Blayne, and all the Pynn grandchildren and great grandchildren.
We were so sorry to hear of Paul’s passing. I know it has been hard on all the family to see him slipping away. Paul had such a sense of humour, of adventure and loved all sports- he will be missed by so many people around the world. Ed and I would like to fly to BC for the memorial service but we simply aren’t able to. Y’all are in our thoughts and prayers. God be with you.
love Ed and Barbara

Lori Jager (nee Hickson) Please accept my deepest sympathies for Paul’s passing. I went to elementary school at Oaklands with Paul and have many good memories of him. He was one of the nicest people I knew. Although I did not keep in touch with him afterwards, I know that he stayed true to his potential and personality. There are many people who will miss him and think of him – myself included. Bless you, Paul.

Elaine Hopkins (nee Cathcart) 1979 – Paul and I graduated together from high school. Only a few months before, I had lost my best friend to a car accident. I will always remember, and be thankful to, Paul, for helping me deal with one of the biggest losses of my life. He always checked in with me, made me laugh, and helped me in more ways than I can say. At our last grad reunion, I was fortunate enough to tell Paul how much his kindness touched me not knowing he was dealing with health issues.
Paul will be another bright star shining down on the ones he loves.
My thoughts are with his family and loved ones.
