Passed away in Victoria, BC on December 1, 2009. She was predeceased by her husband, Cyril (Ted) in 1978; her brother, Alan and her sisters, Peggy and Agnes. Phyllis was a long time resident of Regina, Saskatchewan and moved to Victoria in 1994. She is survived by her sons, Austin (JoAnne), Bill (Wanda) in Victoria and son, Jack (Charlene) in Regina and grandchildren, Sandra, Craig, Dean and Dallas. She will be greatly missed by all those who have known her.
The family would to thank Central Care Home for their kind, considerate and compassionate care.
Private cremation and interment in the family plot in Regina at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of choice.
