Robert S. Whittle, also known as “Whit” to his loving wife, Marion (predeceased), his family and his wide circle of friends in Ontario and British Columbia, passed away on October 5, 2006 at the Victoria General Hospital after a brief illness, in his ninety-ninth year, He will be remembered with love and pride by his son, Robert M. (Holly); his daughter, Virginia (“Bonnie”); his grandchildren, Robert A. (Carmelle), Wendy L. (Russ), Dana (Noriaki), Bruce (Mary); and grandchildren, Taiki, Kyle and Jack.
