On behalf of St. George’s Ukrainian Orthodox Parish, and on behalf of Myron and myself, we were sorry to hear of Sophia’s passing. She was a long-time member of our parish and contributed in many ways, being especially known for her wonderful baking and cooking skills. I have always admired Sophia’s independent spirit, positive outlook and sense of humour. May her Memory be Eternal!

Dear Lasha and family – we are so sorry about your loss. Your mom was an amazing woman – so kind, warm and generous. We have many good memories of time spent with her (and you). I hope you find strength in each other in these tough times.
