Please accept my condolences for the passing away of your loved one!
I found this site while trying to locate Captain Hale Ramsey who must be around 87 years old and lived in Vancouver until a few years ago, do you know where he is? His friend Elisabeth G. would be really grateful to know his whereabouts.
    Thank you & best regards,

    Hope Melo (Elisabeth’s caregiver)
