HOOPER-LOSCH, VIVIAN (nee STOBBART)

July 9, 1918-April 18, 2007

Passed away peacefully and suddenly at the age of 88. Predeceased by her first husband, Paul Hooper and her second husband Earl Losch, she is loving remembered by many family and friends. Vivian was a graduate nurse fron St. Joseph’s Hospital. She loved to travel and made friends throughout the world. She was Past Worthy Matron twice in Queen City #5, Order of the Eastern Star, Past Royal Matron twice of Mizpah Court #2, Order of the Amaranth and Past Grand Royal Matron of the Order of the Amaranth B.C. An active member of the community, Vivian devoted her life to supporting the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Cancer Equipment through Eastern Star and Diabetic Research through Amaranth. She was loved and respected by all and nicknamed “little gramma”

A Memorial service will be held at First Metropolitan Church, 932 Balmoral St. on Tuesday April 24 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to perpetuate the work that she strived to help.
