Passed away peacefully in Victoria, BC on March 11, 2016. She was born in Sunwai, China on August 19, 1921. She is predeceased by her husband Jiu Low and survived by her daughter Kim Tang; grandson Solomon Tang (Jan); great-grandchildren Kyle Tang, Melissa Tang and Adriana Mou; grandson-in-law Alan Mou.
A Funeral Service will be held at Sequoia Gardens Memorial, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC, at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 21, 2016, with interment to follow at Royal Oak Burial Park.
The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff at China Town Care Centre for all the kind care and attention they gave to Wei.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.
