It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother Willem Oudshoorn in Victoria, B.C. on December 4, 2017.
Willem was born in Kampen, The Netherlands. Willem was the third of five children born to Jan Johannes and Tjaltje Oudshoorn (predeceased). He is survived by his brother Bram (Marieke), sisters Anneke, Tjaltje (Richard) and Agnes as well as foster brother Gary Utley (Susan) and their families.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, B.C. at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 8, 2017. A reception will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Victoria Hospice, 1952 Bay Street, Victoria, B.C. V8R lJ8.

Our most sincere condolences for your loss of Willem. Bill has been our neighbour for almost 7 years. He was always kind. Norm and I will miss his cheerful hello’s. We hope you find comfort in warm memories.
