Passed away suddenly and peacefully at home in Victoria, having lived a full life. In fact, he was hours from traveling on the next adventure to some of his favourite haunts in the UK and Europe (especially Paris). He is predeceased by his father Joe, mother Betty, brother Edward and his dog Sinchia. Survived by his devoted and loving wife Jane, daughter Vanessa (Will), daughter Jennifer (Jason), son Justin (Leila) and his grandchildren, Jayde, Kurtis and Sinclair, who he adored with all his heart. He will be sadly missed by his brother Richard (Jill) and many extended family in Victoria and the UK; in addition to his friends who are as fun loving as himself.
Frank was full of life, he had a positive impact on so many, he was cheeky, mischievous and loved having people in his home. He spent his career as a CPA, CGA and ran his accounting firm for many years, loving the community he built around him and his many clients, however he was always happy when April 30th rolled by and he could get away on his overseas adventures. You are no longer here Dad, but we hope
you are smiling the biggest smile, free to explore the world even further on your bike with an ice cream, a bagel or a pastry in your hand! We will remember your Frank’ism’s forever and will miss you oh so very much! We hope you can now “Take it Easy!”
In remembrance of Frank and other past Saanich Rotarians, tributes, if desired, may be made to Dana Henly at the Camosun College Foundation for the Rotary Club of Saanich Memorial Bursary, 4461 Interurban Road, Victoria, B.C. In memory of Frank Lee. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. I worked for Frank in the 1970’s, and he got me into the CGA program. He was a great boss and a very caring person. My condolences to his family.
Jane and family, so sorry to hear this news. Sending condolences to all his family.
Francis was my longest friend and remember our childhood times on Moss rocks, cycling together, and recent summer conversations. There are very few children who have as wonderful a friend that follows through into retirement.
Count me as someone that will miss our times together.

I was so sorry to hear of Frank’s death. I remember the good times he and Pat had in Saanich Rotary. I also used to meet Frank when we were both walking our dogs along Dallas Road or on Ogden Pier.
My deepest condolences to the family.
Jane and Family
I’m so sorry for the late condolences. I was absolutely shocked to hear of Frank’s passing.
My remembrance of you and Frank was through my brother, Harry, as they struggled along through their CGA years.
I hope you and the Family will smile at all the fond memories you made together in your years together and all your travels.
I pray you are surrounded with all the love and support from Family and Friends in this difficult time and know that many thoughts and prayers are sent your way.
Justin – my sincere condolences on losing your father. I can see that you and he share the same grin; I hope you find joy in your memories. Love lives on …

I am a runner and also live on Dallas Road. For over 30 years I’ve run at Elk/Beaver lakes with two friends early on Saturday mornings. This was where we first met Frank striding around the lake with his dog. He always greeted us with a big smile and cheerful hello and over time we exchanged names and gradually got to learn a little more about each other. We knew that Frank had a busy accounting practice and was always happy when tax season was over! Frank picked up on my English accent and told us about his family in the UK and regular visits there. More recently I would see Frank striding along the Breakwater/Dallas Road or out and about on his bike. He always took the time to wave and say hello. He was a prince of a man and I’m so sad to hear about his passing. My heartfelt condolences to his family. RIP, Frank.
Our thoughts and prayers to all of you in the sad loss of Frank, beloved husband and father.
Although I only met him a few times he was so easy to talk to and a real gentleman.
Condolences from Ciaran, Sinead and myself ❤️☘️
Jane and family,
While I never had the opportunity to meet Frank in person, I felt like
I knew him through you Jane. The lovely stories and laughter as you
told them to me (us) were wonderful. They always left me feeling
that you both had a wonderful relationship and many many fond memories
Please know your family and yourself are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love Sue MacSporran
