Please know we are thinking about your family today and praying you will know the peace of God today and in the weeks ahead. It must have been wonderful to enjoy her life for so many years, so many memories, but saying goodbye is always hard. Our sincere sympathies.

Alice was a Great Grandmother to my children and a Great Great Grandmother to my Grandchildren, but most of all she was a great person. I consider myself to be lucky to have known her and enjoyed her love and friendship. I’m sure they have a special place for her in heaven.

Saw your Mom’s obituary in the paper and was really surprised to read she was 103 yrs. old. I remember her, of, course from when you all lived across the street from us. Also chatted with her when she was at Eatons and when we visited the Historical Society or attended the Saanichton Fair. Always smiling and cheerful.
    My sincere condolences.

I was so sorry to hear of Aunt Alice’s passing. She was the last of my Dad’s (Edward, or Lefty, Jackson) siblings to pass. An era has ended.
I hadn’t seen Aunt Alice for quite a number of years, but kept up with news of her from my sister Sherrie, and my mother Irene (Bubs).
My partner, Linda, and I would like to offer our condolences and sincere sympathy to all of Alice’s family at this time.

I just wanted to say how sorry I was to hear of Aunty Alice’s passing. I used to see her when I visited my Mom, Grace Arrowsmith. She was also a resident at Resthaven until her passing in 2009. Alice was so full of life and enjoyed life to the fullest. She also gave the best hugs.
I offer my deepest sympathy to you all.
