VAN DE MORTEL, Anthony H. “Tony” – Born on January 7, 1909 in Simpleveld, Holland. Tony our beloved Father, Opa and great Opa died peacefully on July 4, 2004. Predeceased by his loving wife, Doortje on February 13, 1992, he is survived by his daughter, Riet (Tony); four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at SEQUOIA GARDENS MEMORIAL, 4665 Falaise Dr. on Thursday, July 8, 2004 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at Sequoia Gardens Memorial on Friday, July 9, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. A reception will follow at Sequoia Gardens Memorial.
