It is with great sadness that the family of Bikram Sidhu announces his passing on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the age of 85 years.  On October 29th, Bikram suffered a fall, leading to a brain injury that he was unable to recover from.

Bikram will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Ramina (Matt), son Raj (Lisa) and one surviving sister Brajinder Dhillon (Jagdev).  He will also be dearly missed by his four grandchildren who he was extremely proud of – Kieran, Sage, Paxtyn and Jaedyn.

A Funeral Service in memory of Bikram will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 10 am in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC. It will follow with the Antim Ardas (final prayer) at the Punjabi Akali Sikh Temple, 2721 Graham Street.

Memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, #106 – 1001 Cloverdale Avenue, Victoria, BC, V8X 4C9.

  5. I was so honoured to be a part of this family years ago and still to this day. From the white dogs Randy and Buddy, we shared the greatest loyal love of these two white dogs. That was a special bond among us way back when. That’s what I will carry with me. Rest in peace Bikram, all your dogs and cats that you cared for and loved will certainly be waiting for you at Rainbow Bridge. I give you all my blessings…
