Passed away peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease on July 19 , 2008 at the age of 75.
Brian is survived by his loving wife Margaret and his children Carol (Colin) Henderson, Paul (Tammy) McDonough and Garry (Julie) McDonough; his grandchildren Neil, Peter and lain Henderson and Liam and Sophie McDonough. He will also be missed by his five surviving brothers in England but will be reunited with his Mam and Dad and his older brother John.
Brian was born close to Newcastle upon Tyne, UK and spent his working life in the construction industry where he was very well respected. He never lost his strong Geordie accent and confused many a person with his vocabulary. His greatest pleasure was time spent with his family and their accomplishments.
Thanks to Dr Grimwood and the staff at OBL P floor Maple ward for their care and attention. There will be a private cremation and no service at the request of the family.
