  1. To Bryce’s family and friends

I can’t begin to describe the sadness we all feel for your loss. Bryce was such a wonderful person who brought a degree of calm, a clear path to understanding and willingness to work hard. I have worked with Bryce for the past few years and I’m thankful for meeting such a wonderful and kind person. Our thoughts are with all of you.

  2. To Bryce’s family,

my heart aches for your loss. I met Bryce during a project for work. He impressed me with his smarts, his practicality, his sense of humour and his dedication. I remember thinking about how proud his parents probably were of this fine young man. I am glad I met him. I am very sad that he’s gone.

My deepest condolences to all who loved him.

    Dearest Lori, Rona nd Dorothy,
When I opened my e-mail on the morning of Deember 4, I was devastated to get the news about dear Bryce’s tragic and untimely demise. I am so deeply sorry that you have to go through a heart ache and sorrowful shattering experience like this. I wish I could find the words with which to comfort you I can clearly recall Bryce playing around when he was about six years old, and how happy he was as a child. I also recall the many times that Rubin his Granddad talked about his delight over taking Bryce to his hockey and ball games, and then spending time with him after the games. Rubin also boasted about his grandson’s perfect choice of a career. Indeed from all his accounts,Bryce was a perfect example of every grandparent’s dream child. My heartaches for you, Lori, Ron and Dorothy, and I long for words to console you at this horrendously painful time. I reach out to you with much love and prayers. May the Good Lord bless you and keep you and provide you with the courage and strength to survive this loss. Please let me know, if there is any thing, however trivial it may be, that I can do to ease the pain. You are in my thoughts and prayers, and with your permission, I hope you will let me phone and e-mail you but only after you feel up to it.
    Much love, always.
    Prem
