Celeste passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, September 05, 2018 in Victoria, B.C. She was born on December 16, 1957 in Kitimat, B.C.

Predeceased by her eldest son Mark in 1993. Celeste is survived by her husband Leonardo, son David, her younger brother Paul, as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives, loving friends, and honorary grandchildren adopted in her heart.

Celeste’s spirit, strength, compassion and goodness will be with us in our hearts eternally. Her greatest pleasure was received when spending time with her family and friends.

A heartfelt thank you for the loving care she received in recent months.

A Funeral Service will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the: BC Cancer Agency, 2410 Lee Avenue, Victoria, B.C. V8R 6V5 or BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, 938 West 28th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5Z 4H4.

  2. Leo and David and Family, we are so heartbroken and saddened about Celeste’s passing. She was a very special person to us. We have many fond memories of Celeste growing up and being apart of lives. These memories will always be cherished.
    Celeste had a beautiful smile and even when she was going through one of the most heart breaking experiences a parent could ever imagine, she always brought love, comfort and caring to all of those who loved and were friends with Markie.   10. Sitting here and thinking of Celeste one of the things I most remember of is her laugh I do so remember laughing with her as it was a contagious laugh. Thank you Celeste for memories that you have left behind may you have found the comfort of eternal peace.
