Chai Chung Chan passed away peacefully on December 14, 2017 at Victoria Chinatown Care Centre. She was born in Canton, China on May 8, 1929. Predeceased by her husband, Hin Tat, she is survived by her brother, PC Wong; sons and daughter, Sam, Jack, Barry, Sabrina, and their spouses; also her five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A selfless and devoted mother, she will be greatly missed by her loving family, relatives and friends.
Much appreciation to the tireless and caring staff and crew at Victoria Chinatown Care Centre who made her last journey in life comfortable and dignified.
Funeral service will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 22, 2017 with burial to follow at Royal Oak Burial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Victoria Chinatown Care Centre.
