Charlotte passed away peacefully at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital on November 8, 2021 at the age of 39. Born in the Philippines, she is the beloved daughter of Salvador and Edna (nee Ignacio) Manal. Charlotte also leaves behind her cherished daughter Micha, godmother Myrna and many aunts, uncles and cousins near and far.
Visitation will be held in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
A Celebration of Charlotte’s Life will be held the following Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Lakeview Christian School, 729 Cordova Bay Road. Condolences may be offered to the family below.

My deepest condolence to Buddy, Edna and Micha and all the family. We all love you Charlotte and we will never forget you. Rest In Peace my dear. You are now in a place where there’s no more pain and no more sorrow. You will always be remembered by your family and friends and don’t you worry about Micha. I didn’t work with Charlotte very much, but I’m saddened to hear of her passing.
Charlotte is a very dear friend. A very good and lovable person inside and out. She is my only child’s Ninang/ Godmother. We’ve known each other and friends with each other for almost 18 years now. Thank you Chatty for all the caring attitude/ help and support you have given us. Christian and I loves you Ninang Charlotte. I will never forget you. I will forever hold you close to my heart. Journey on my love, ‘till we meet again.
