Whatta girl! You always knew where she was coming from, there was no grey, it was always black or white. She always shot straight from the hip. It makes me very happy to know I know I was her friend and she mine. I am so sad she had to leave us but thankful for the time we had with her. I will miss her terribly. Love you both so much, Garry, you know my thoughts are with you and the boys.

Gary and family – I hadn’t seen you and Cheryl for so long and seeing her picture here brought back so many memories. Cheryl was my trainer when I was hired onto government way back in 1991 and through our years of work together, she became my friend. I am so happy that she found true friendship, love and companionship with you Gary and she was blessed to have children and grandchildren as well that loved her. I am so sorry for your very early loss and pray that you have faith to find peace and comfort that Cheryl’s soul and spirit will never be gone. I will see you Saturday with some of my other old co-workers to celebrate & rememeber Cheryl. Take care of each other. – Lannea

Gary,,, I well remember you and Cheryl. By now you know there are no words,,, I have close-up and relatively new experience with how you’re feeling. My husband, Ken, died on December 23rd. Please contact me when you want to talk to someone whose grief is almost as brand-new as yours. I get it.

My heart goes out to you and your families. I think nothing is as painful as the death of a spouse who was such a committed partner as Cheryl was to you.

My wish is that Cheryl rests in peace and that you find the peace that will give you the strength to carry on.

God bless you my friend Cheryl, you are gone to quick and to young. A lot of time has past since we first met, many memories and laughs throughout the years, they will make me smile when I think of you. Garry, Alan, Marc and familes, may you find strength in each other during these troubled times. May the love, friendship and the special bond you had with both your Mom and your Wife and all the special moments you shared together provide you with a way to move towards happiness again.
    Love
    Joe and Maddy
