Norna O'Brien I was saddened when Lloyd Henderson called me late last night to see if I had heard the news. I was just talking to Dwayne last week about going out for another visit sometime; I had such a good time with him and Laura last time. We were closer than any of the other cousins on this side of the family and I will miss him greatly. He could always make me laugh. I remember him calling me at 1:30 am one morning years ago when they got quite a bit of snow and he was laughing because he was almost the only one on the street that had a shovel. He had a real zest for life which was contageous.

Larry Williams On behalf of myself, my wife Pat, and cousin Dewayne’s aunt, Margaret Williams I want to extend our sincere condolences to Dewayne’s family at this difficult and unexpected time. Our thoughts are certainly with you. We never know what fate has in store for us and in retrospect we look back at how timely it was that the family congregated in Saskatoon this past July and were able to re-connect. Although we had minimal contact with Dewayne in the past years, we think back to his being best man at our wedding, his living just down the block from us in Saskatoon with Carrie and Christina, and his childhood days in Regina and Moose Jaw. Rest in Peace.
