Cynthia Ann Williams passed away peacefully at Victoria General Hospital on January 29, 2018. She has gone to be with her Lord our God in Heaven. Born in Victoria, BC on February 11, 1955 at Royal Jubilee Hospital, Cynthia was predeceased by her loving mother Jeanette Williams (Murphy); sister Debra Lee Williams and baby brother Andrew Williams.
She is lovingly remembered and will be greatly missed by her loving and devoted son Cory Ryan Williams, daughter-in-law Angela and by her two granddaughters Jade and Ella whom she adored. Cynthia also leaves behind her father Garry Williams (Dorothy); brother and sisters Denise Brown (Larry), Cheryl Ashworth (Kirk), Bill Williams (Gillian Slader) and Kimberley Princeville de Beaujour (Vincent); ex-husband Geoff Haas; her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and good friend Lee Waryk.
The family would like to extend their many thanks and gratitude to the many Doctors and Nursing staff at VGH, the Jesken Aerie, Beacon Community Services staff and the Mount St. Mary Hospital staff.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the British Columbia Lung Association http://www.bc.lung.ca/donate/donate.html or a charity of your choice.
