Thinking of you Cathy and the many years ago when I first met your parents. Wonderful people who always welcomed”the starving and broke students” “home!” Our deepest sympathy to you and Ron and your brothers and families. Your Dad will be missed and remembered fondly. Take care, Marj (and Ferd) Kallstrom

I met Don through work in 1982 when I joined the City of Victoria as an Electrical Inspector. We used to meet on occasion to discuss issues in an effort to be as consistent as possible with our interpretation of the code. I liked Don and appreciated his sensible and practical approach. He was well respected in the electrical industry and was a positive mentor to those of us who worked as Inspectors.
In his days living in Cordova Bay, where I have lived for many years, I always enjoyed crossing paths with Don and having a chat.

    Sincere condolences,
    John Wainwright
