Born October 7, 1937 in Consort, Alberta, Donna passed away March 29, 2010 in Victoria, BC with family by her side. She was predeceased by her parents, Gladys (nee McClellan) and Ernest as well as brother, Edward. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 52 years, George; children, Gary (Norma) and Patricia (Don); grandchildren, Brian, Pam (Nate), Becky, Donna (Brett), David, Ian; great-grandchild, Zackary; brothers, Gerald (Joyce), Elmer (Marie); sisters, Vivian (Raymond), Maxine (Cal); sister-in-law, Donna and good friend, Gladys Chester. Donna enjoyed curling and bowling in the earlier years of her life. She spent most of her working years at the Bank of Montreal in both Calgary and Victoria.
A Memorial Service will be held at MCCALL BROS. FLORAL CHAPEL, Johnson & Vancouver Streets, on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
