  • Norma Coell

I was sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing. She and your Father volunteered often with my late husband and myself to help raise funds for The Canadian Scottish Regiment (Princess Mary’s) as well as their Heritage Foundation. She was always so pleasant and cheerful and I am sorry I am unable to attend her service, but you will all be very much in my thoughts and prayers.

    Sincerely, Norma Coell

  • Mrs. Menin

We are sorry for your loss. We looked up Richard Dickie’s identity file at Vets Affairs online-only VIRTUAL WAR MEMORIAL of Canada. Aside from a photo donated of his CWGC gravestone, there is nothing to capture his identity, civilian and brief military.
And also listed is his sibling Ross, again with no contributions, so young he’d not have left children. Reading of Mrs. Parry’s interest in
genealogy, we thought we should draw it to younger generations’ attention. VWM was only created in 2000 so she likely was not even using a computer to continue her researches.
