Rigg, Dorothy B. (Do Do, Debbie) (Cookman)
Dorothy passed away surrounded by her family October 8, 2008 after a lengthy illness. Born in Victoria on December 31, 1918 predeceased by her husband Danny in 1999. Survived by her son David (Lorna), daughter Judy, dearly loved grandchildren Peter (Rosie), Sarah, Heather, Lindsey and Laurie, sisters in law Edna and Violet, nieces and nephews.
Mum spend most of her life in sales mainly with Woodwards, and looking after her family.
Thanks to the staffs at Glengarry and Oak Bay Lodge, all her care workers, Dr. Brook, Denise, Pat, Marilyn and Patsy.
No service by request, a celebration of Mum’s life will take place at Harbour Towers, 345 Quebec St. , Sunday October 19, 2008, 2:00 pm
Flowers gratefully declined, if so desired memorial remembrances may be made to the Salvation Army or the SPCA.
