    Hello,
I only found out today about Eileen passing away last year.
I met her in Accra,Ghana, where she was High-Commissioner Fogarty’s secretary. I was posted at the same High Commission at the time and spent a lot of good time with her. She was a real lady and I keep fond memories of her.
I left Accra while she was still recovering from a terrible car accident she suffered while on holidays in Abidjan.I was saddened by her death and just wanted to express my condolences to her family and friends.
    Best regards

    Michel Julien

My fondest memories of Eileen are of her as a young women giving up her Sundays taking her favourite Aunt Stella and the little cousins to Mispec Beach for the day, something she did so frequently despite car sick children. Thank you for being part of our lives.
