October 19, 1919 – May 9, 2013
Passed away peacefully in Victoria. Frank was predeceased by his son, Michael in 2009 and will be missed by his wife, Ellen Margaret; daughters, Teryl (Stew) Leslie, Linda Taylor and granddaughters, Shawna and Megan.
Celebration of Frank’s life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to BC Cancer Agency of Vancouver Island and the SPCA www.pawsitivegifts.ca.

Bryan Melnyk Our deepest sympathies we extend to the Stewart family. We will miss Frank but are grateful to have known him. I enjoyed many warm conversations with him over the back fence for years. Whether about gardenong, politics, prairies life, his military service, coaching hockey,or work at Camosun, they were all so interesting. His watchful eye and sense of fair play we will miss Frank.
