Passed away in Victoria, BC on November 5, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Zagorje, Croatia on January 6, 1930. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Katica; his daughter, Marina and many extended family and friends. Frank took great delight in being a caring loving husband, father, uncle and friend. He came to Canada in 1967 and was a long time mechanic with Speedway Motors. His unconditional love, kindness and generosity for others will forever be remembered. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Drs. Jan and Maria Urban for their support and kindness.
Prayers will be offered at St. Leopold B. Mandic Church, 4081 Gordon Head Road in Victoria at 7:00 pm on Thursday, November 8, 2012. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Leopold’s at 11:00 am on Friday, November 9, 2012 with entombment to follow at Royal Oak Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Leopold’s. Condolences may be offered to the family below.
