Passed away at Oak Bay Lodge in Victoria, BC on November 6, 2012. He was predeceased by his loving parents, Maude and Hubert Stephenson and his life time companion, Carl Moench. He is survived by his cousin, Mrs. Ilene La Blanc (Ozzie, deceased) of Saanich and Judy, Colin, Ben (Ruth), Edward (Hayley) Waters of England. He will be sadly missed by his dearest friends, neighbours and former neighbours on Maddock Avenue. He will be especially missed by Francis Outingdyke and Larry Trup of Victoria.
Visitation will be held at McCall Bros. on Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 2 pm – 4 pm and from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in McCall Bros. Floral Chapel, Johnson & Vancouver Streets at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 13, 2012. Urn interment to follow at Ross Bay Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Fred’s memory would be appreciated to the SPCA or Alzheimer’s Society. Condolences may be offered to the family below.
