He was born in Bonaventure, Province of Quebec and not in in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia.
If somebody is looking for his family it will be a pleasure for me to give information about his youth, unfortunately I have not much information about his life in Victoria. I visited him the last time in Victoria in 1997.
