Sept 21, 1926 – Oct 5, 2015
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother at 89 years of age. Trudy passed peacefully at the Oak Bay Kiwanis Pavilion with her son, Gord by her side. Trudy is reunited with her beloved husband Sam and son Douglas. Also waiting for Trudy is her father Walter, mother, Ada, brother, Roger, sister, Pam all from England. She leaves behind her son, Gord and spouse Kathy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews (in England).
Cremation has taken place with arrangements handled by McCall’s Funeral Directors. There will be no formal service. If you so desire, a donation to Kiwanis Pavilion Foundation in Trudy’s name would be appreciated.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Oak Bay Kiwanis Pavilion for the outstanding care provided to Trudy in her final Years. This is truly an exceptional group of people. Gord & Kathy would also like to express their sincere appreciation to Trudy’s and Sam’s friends who oversaw her care and visited Trudy on a weekly basis during their absence. Trudy’s Earth Angels.

As I sit in heaven
And I watch you everyday
I try to let you know with signs’
I never went away
I hear you when you’re Laughing
And watch you as you sleep
I even place my arm around you to calm you when you weep .
I see you wish the days away begging to have me home.
so I try to send you signs so you know your not alone.
Heavens is truly beautiful, just you wait, wait and see
