Gordon passed away peacefully in Victoria, BC.  A son, brother, husband, cousin, uncle, father, Grampy, great Grampy, and friend. He will be dearly missed by his sons Carlisle (Laura), Curtis (Alison), Adrian (Elly), their mother Marjorie Elaine Bushell, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will also be missed by other family and friends in Canada, USA, UK and Barbados.

Gordon left Barbados and came to Canada with his family in 1974. His cooking career took him on merchant marine ships around the world as well as multiple restaurants including the Princess Mary in Victoria. He worked as a chef at the Memorial Pavilion at the Royal Jubilee Hospital until his retirement. Gordon had a great sense of humour, loved music and sports. The family would like to thank the staff at Broadmead Lodge along with his neighbours for all their help and support.

Due to COVID, there will be a celebration of life for immediate family only.
