At 63 years, on September 12, 2014, with those he loved at his side. A wonderful caring son, loving brother, nephew and uncle; a gentle giant of a man who moved spiders to safety, but was an obedient servant to his beloved cat, Jasper Marley (alias Bubbas). Graham was a man of integrity, exceptional standards and a fortress of strength for family and friends.
He was proud of his career with the Canadian Hydrographic Service and time spent with the Canadian Scottish Pipes & Drums, both of which he approached with dedication.
A man of many interests, he was exceptionally knowledgeable particularly where cars and military history were concerned, for these were his true passions.
Interment will take place at Royal Oak Burial Park, 4673 Falaise Drive, on Friday, September 26, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. A Celebration of Graham’s Life will be held in McCall Bros. Floral Chapel, Johnson & Vancouver Streets, on Friday, September 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Special thanks to the Victoria Fire Department and B.C. Ambulance Service for their quick response and heroic efforts as well as the doctors and nurses in C.C.U. and I.C.U. at the Royal Jubilee Hospital for their exceptional care and attention. Condolences may be offered to the family below.
Goodbye “Sir” —-see ‘ya soon!
Always loved, always remembered.

We are sorry to hear of your loss of Graham. We have been trying to place a Charles Whincup in our family tree from Yorkshire England and found out that Denise contacted a Whincup website and as there is a Denise in your family we wondered if there is any connection..Looking forward to hearing from you .
