    To Helen’s family:
I am very sad for your loss. I have known Helen since the mid nineteen eighties through her work with the Caregivers’ Network and other organizations related to the needs of older adults, such as the Centre on Aging at UVIc. She was aways ready with a smile and willing to help out in any situation of need. I admired her energy, caring and tenacity to develop the Caregivers’ Network into the great resource it is today in Victoria. May she rest now in peace.
