In search of answers to life’s questions, may Hilary find comfort and peace in the Lord’s open arms. Hilary was known for her free spirit and bubbly personality; anyone could talk to her. She would always be there to help people out, talk to them and be a good listener to people’s struggles or hardships. Organizing a clothing drive at the local park to help those in need, she would go down and speak to people at tent city about life’s hardships.
An avid beach goer, she would go down there to unwind, relax and often take pictures of nature’s landscapes. Whenever offered to go on outdoor adventures or camping trips, she would always be in for it. Along with her love for the outdoors, she also took interest in cooking delicious healthy meals.
She is predeceased by her Grandfathers Jose Pacheco and Eduardo Ribeiro. Hilary is survived by mother Gorette, father Louis and brother Matt; cousins Ivonette, Ashley, Sam, Talon, Rena; Aunts and Uncles Wendy & (Marcelo) Lazaro, Joe & (Cynthia) Pacheco, Eddie Ribeiro & (Kathy Lutz), Victor Ribeiro; Grandmothers Hedviges Pacheco and Noamia Ribeiro; as well as many other friends and family.
Her fun-loving personality, big smile will continue to live on in our hearts. God bless.

Hi Hilary, you have passed away too soon at a young age 🙁 I remember the fun times together such as going swimming, going for hikes, partying, hanging out, and even spend time at your place. I’m also heartbroken to see leave so soon. I last bumped into you at Mayfair mall and downtown bus stop. We also went to high school together and had alot of fun. I even sometimes pop by at your workplace to see how you are doing. I support your family including your brother matt and your father louie & Your mother, your cousins, aunt, uncle etc. as they are heartbroken as well. I hope they feel better. Everything is going to be ok. Let the condolences go to the Ribeiro Family and May you rest in peace and I hope you finds love, joy and peace with God in heaven 🙂
Cheers,
Leo
Dear Hillary,
I didn’t know you in life, although I’m sure we’ve crossed paths at some point as we knew many of the same people. When I heard of your passing I was very confused as to why I would feel such a strong reaction to the death of someone I’ve never even met. But I cried, and came to terms with it (as odd as that sounds). Wherever you are now, I hope its better than this place, and I hope the time you spent here with us was full of love, life, and laughter! Rest in Peace.
Love,
A stranger called Louise.
Heartbroken to hear such sad news.
Our Thoughts and Prayers go out to Hillary’s Father Louis, Her Mom Gorrette and Brother Matt, Uncle’s Victor and Joe and family and friends. May peace find you knowing what an extremely kind hearted and giving young Lady she was.
We are so sorry for your loss

Hi Hilary, I am so sad to hear this news. You were always so bright and cheerful. I will always miss your presence. You will be in everyone’s hearts and memories forever.
My brother in law worked with Hilary at the old folks home, so did my daughter. One night last year I was out with friends, a rare occasion, and I popped to a dance clubs where my daughter was. My daughter was so embarrassed I was there. But I stood on the side awhile and Hilary came and danced with me.
She was bright, kind, and energetic. She was memorable.
I remember she had to introduce me to her brother. She seemed to love him and care for him dearly!
In a bar setting usually people are not real. They play a game. They pose. Hilary was genuine.
It feels almost strange to share this. A 46 year old woman who shared a dance with your beloved.
My family was touched by her beautiful open heart. Sometimes open hearts have a hard time in this world. I offer your family my prayers and condolences. Love never leaves. May you each find comfort in her continued love and the love of creator. xo
