Hildegaard and her husband Phil were good people and dear neighbours when we lived across the street from them on Pacific Avenue.
They were both generous and warm people that we are sure will be dearly by all those who knew them.

Our condolences and prayers to the families.

We were away at the time of the service or would have been there.

    Sincerely,

    Dale and Dorothy Briggs

I deeply regret that I did not read about Hildegaard’s departure until too late to attend the service. When I served Faith and
Pipeline churches as interim she became a very special encourager and supporter of my ministry.
When I moved on and was attending the Mennonite Brethren church in Victoria we often talked of her roots in the Ukraine, and intended to share worship together, and event I regret did not happen.
May you take strength from the knowledge that hers was a
Christian life well lived, and her memory is honoured among many who will remember the blessings she bestowed upon us fondly.
