Peacefully on June 2, 2010 in Victoria, in his 90th year. He is survived by Margaret, his loving wife of 60 years; son, Bruce; daughter, Maureen (Ken) Saunders and Scott; five grandchildren, Gillian, Gessica, Billy, Amanda and Caldon; many nieces, nephews and their families. Vince grew up in Fairfield, graduating from Vic High, obtaining his CGA from UBC. He served his country with the RCAF during the Second War World and retired from the Hudsons Bay Company in 1985. Vince had been a faithful member of St. George’s Anglican Church who will be missed greatly by his family and friends. A Service of Remembrance will be conducted by the Reverend Richard LeSueur in St. George the Martyr Anglican Church, 3909 St. George’s Lane, on Monday, June 7th at 2:00 p.m. Tributes, if desired, may be made to St. George’s Anglican Church, 3909 St. George’s Lane, Victoria, BC V8N 4E3.
