Passed away peacefully on November 22, 2024, at 94 years old. Janne was born in Gao’an Village, China and immigrated to Victoria in 1948. Predeceased by husband, Peter. Survived by children: Tony (Christina), John (Nina), Bev (Michael). Grandchildren: Stephanie (Karl), Ashley, Andrew (Kenna), Tyler (Nico), Kyle (Brittany), Chloe. Great-grandchildren: Jett, Saskia, Sully, Coco.
Janne was loved by her family and will be missed. Her spirit and strength will be forever remembered.
A funeral service to celebrate Janne’s life will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 1:00 pm, in the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive, Victoria, BC. Burial (family only) to follow at Royal Oak Burial Park.
