Jeanette Hamilton Peter (nee Vicary) 

Passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024.

Jeanette was born on May 15, 1941, in Caledon, Ontario. Many will remember her for her many talents as a local seamstress, her love of a good cup of tea, gardening, needlepoint, Scottish country dancing, and a great fondness for following the British monarchy.

Jeanette is pre-deceased by her parents William and Janet, husband of 53 years Bill, son Todd, brothers Bob and Tom, sisters Mary and Isabella, brothers-in-law Jim and Carl, and sister-in-law Gwen.

She is survived by sons Rodney (Barb) and Christopher, daughter Elaine (Brian): five grandchildren Rodney, Tanner, Elizabeth, Nick and Jake, two great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law Marg (Wayne) and Jean, and her many nieces and nephews.

No service by request. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covenant House, 20 Gerrard Street East, Toronto, Ontario, M5B 2P3.
