Dear family and friends of Jennie Davidson,
For many years Jennie and Ray Davidson were neighbours across the lane from my parents, Art and Daisy Webb of Three Hills., Alberta. In the 1950s I also lived at the house “across from Jennie”” and I remember how my parents liked her and so did I. In about 1953 I was getting ready to attend the National CGIT camp in Ontario and Jennie came over with a “going away gift” for me. I had never heard of such a gift so I was quite astonished at Jennie’s kind gesture. I recall Jennie’s cheerful attitude and sensiable ideas. She made our community a welcoming place.
