Waet, Joyce Evelyn Alice passed away in Victoria April 30, 2009. Born in London, England, June 25, 1915. Predeceased by her husband Ivor in 1965, daughter Shirley in 1993, grandson Jeremy and granddaughter Ceci in 1999. Survived by her sons John and Ken (Cathy) and 7 grandchildren.
Joyce was a enthusiastic sports fan especially for the Vancouver Canucks. She was a loving and supportive mother and grandmother. Joyce will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her.
A Memorial Service will be Celebrated at Church of Nazerene Fellowship Room, 4277 Quadra Street, on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 11:00 am with a Reception to follow at the Church Hall. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sharps Seniors Group, c/o The Church of Nazerene

I read of the passing of your Mom on the week end. I am sorry for your loss. Be comforted knowing she is with ‘her’ Ivor now and Shirley, Jeremy and your dear Ceci.
The loss of one’s Mother leaves a huge hole in our hearts
(as an aside, My Mom passed Dec 30,09 after breaking her hip Dec 15,09) I thought you would like to know.
