Laird died in Victoria, BC on February 24, 2012. Born on February 3, 1944, he is greatly missed by his wife, Margaret. He is survived by his cousins, Brenda (Steve), Billy (Joan); his brother-in-law, Tony (Enid); nephews and nieces.

A funeral service will be held at Christ Church Cathedral, 930 Burdett Avenue, Victoria, BC on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. followed by a reception in the Chapter Room.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Christ Church Cathedral Buildings Ltd. or the Heart & Stroke Foundaton of BC & Yukon, #107 – 1001 Cloverdale Avenue, Victoria, BC V8X 4C9 would be appreciated. Condolences may be offered to the family below.
