    Dear Lillian’s Family,

Lilian’s friends at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Victoria, BC, wish to extend their love and deepest sympathy to you all on the passing of your beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

Lillian and Al were both well respected congregants who contributed much to the life and work of St. Andrew’s.

May God confort you at this time.

Dear Holly-Anne and Family, We were so sad to read of Lillian’s passing. She was a delight to be around. We always looked forward to chatting with Lillian on special occasions, after Church, over tea, through emails, or on the phone.

Gracious and elegant – always remembering the details of your family life and making you feel special. Of course, we all loved Al and more than once he told us that Lillian made him a better person too.

And as you know, her beautiful smile would grown even larger as she caught you up on her family; she was so proud of her family’s accomplishments.

We are so sorry for your loss. Please take care of each other as Lillian would want you to do.

Heartfelt sympathy to the family. I am ever so sorry to hear of her passing. Very shocked as we spent time together and she never complained of symptoms. Thank you for the Royal Doulton, Flowers of love. Am grateful that she chose to remember me. A special dinner is coming up. I will go alone, Miss Lillian, and the glass of wine that we would have. Deeply sorry. Edith McBlain, Berwick House
