Jeane was predeceased by the love of her life, Joe in 2015; parents, Christopher and Veda Thorbergson; big sister, Anne (Mike); brother, Edward (Bud) as well as her brother in law, Carlos and in laws, Antonio and Maria Braz.

She is survived by her children, Philip (Mishelle), Kristina (Ricardo) Steve (Blair); grandchildren, Mateo, Aryana, Cristiano, Nikolas, Matias, Jensen and Alden; brother, Dennis (Joyce); sister in law, Carmen; nieces and nephews, Vicki (Derek), Randy, Shannon, Kristopher, Tianna and many family members and friends.

In Jeane’s early career she worked with children with disabilities at GF Strong in Vancouver. She married the love of her life, Joe, and started a family. Jeane was an amazing mother, grandmother and friend to all. She dedicated her life to caring and helping family and friends and made countless contributions to many different charities. Her greatest quality was her selflessness. Jeane placed the needs of others before her own, leaving a legacy of compassion and kindness.

  6. My condolences to you and your whole family. Your mom was such a kind loving woman and she had a smile that brightened up a whole room. Even when she was sick she smiled and lived her life to the fullest. When I seen her in September she was smiling and you could see how proud she was of her children and grandchildren. You could see just how kind and beautiful she was just by looking at her.
