The many tradesmen that Nester had taught in his teaching career is immeasurable. I was on of the lucky ones amongst them that was blessed by his wealth of knowledge and ability to find a way to teach everyone in his charge . Nester truly cared about all people that surrounded him and I was lucky to have him three times as a teacher . First as a prop student then for second and third year carpentry . I saw first hand his caring soul and the fatherly way he treated his students . He made a huge difference in my life and many others . Be at peace and rest easy Nester. The love and caring you effected on others carries on with every nail driven from every tradesmen you helped create and all that were lucky to know you .

My deepest sympathy to the family. Nester and I worked at the Interurban campus for many years and played on the same team in the college slo-pitch league.
    So many fond memories.
