It is with great sorrow that we announce that Mom passed away suddenly on December 26, 2016, with her family by her side. Although she never recovered fully from the loss of her husband Bill in 2007, she was a very active ninety-year-old and was an avid supporter of her church and local charities. She will be greatly missed by her Daughter Nina Gerry, Son-in-law Phil, Granddaughter Tracey and Great Grandson Lucas, as well as her many, many friends. Whilst we are very sorry to lose her, we should take comfort in knowing that she is now with the love of her life, her Bill.

A service will be held at the Sequoia Centre at McCall Gardens, 4665 Falaise Drive on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Victoria Hospice www.victoriahospice.org.

Condolences may be offered to the family below.

Our heartfelt condolences to you for the loss of Nina. She was a special lady, for sure, impeccably dressed no matter the occasion, always cheerful, never a bad word to say about anyone, always required a kiss on each cheek when parting company with us. Gerry especially will miss his Sunday morning coffee and chat with her before she went off to church. Her absence will truly be felt.
